"On page 33, in data for the 45 Colt, the powder header for Accurate 5744 was lost in editing. The result is three lines of data intended for use with Accurate 5744 that are grouped with data intended for use with Accurate #5.

Several hundred of the new guides were shipped before this mistake was caught. ?
