I don't wanna come across in any sort of negative manner, but I would leave the word "Strategy" out of that description. I do realize that the box and the marketing use that term on those types of games, but Strategy they ain't.
strategics. the science or art of combining and employing the means of war in planning and directing large military movements and operations.

Well, then in that case what would you call those types of games?
Mind-numbing. All I can think of is, "Zerg~!" when playing Star Craft, War Craft or Age of Empires or the like.

I prefer Gary Gygax World at War, and stuff along those lines. Those are strategy games.
