every single day
every time I turn around
shewt, some days after only a little while

I get logged off. no reason. it's not "timed out"
I'm so tired of losing "New Posts Since Your Last Visit"
Gawd it makes less than cordial.

What web browser are you using?
What are your cookie settings?
Did you check the "Keep me Logged In" check box when you logged in? (I presume you did, but I need to ask anyway)

IE
accepts cookies
and no, I did not check the box that says "Log me on automatically each visit"
there's plenty of times I don't want to log, just read something.
what's weird is it's usually in the morning.
like the first time I log on, get logged off.
then the rest of the day (as is the case today) I log on, and end up staying logged on the rest of the day.
maybe one of our "illustrious" IT guys is just jacking with me.

wouldn't surprise me in the slightest...

The only thing I can think of is to manually add this site to the allowed list, but if you're accepting cookies and you stay logged in most of the time, I'd say it may be something else that's purging your cookie cache.

Do you have something that auto-magically cleans your Internet cache, for example?
