Mobile App No Longer Available For My Phone?

#1

Post by txphoenix71 » Mon Jun 12, 2017 2:26 pm

I just got a notice that my 30.06 app for my Samsung SM-765C Android Version 4.3 phone needed updating and it would not open the app. It gave me a pop up button that asked me if I wanted to update, so I clicked it. It took me to the APP in Google Store and said on their ! This App is no longer supported by your phone. So I tried to go back and reopened the app and it still would not work and wanted me to update it. What happened? Are you not going to have an app for Android 4.3 phones? :confused5

You need to send a message to the admin at www.texas3006.com. This site and that one are not really related.

Hello,

It looks like your phone runs Android KitKat. Unfortunately we had to drop support for Android KitKat (version 4.4 and below) in order to introduce all of the new features we have in the latest version of the app.

In order to continue running the Texas3006 app your phone will need to run Android 5.0 or higher.

Terribly sorry for the inconvenience!
