Mobile App No Longer Available For My Phone?

I just got a notice that my 30.06 app for my Samsung SM-765C Android Version 4.3 phone needed updating and it would not open the app. It gave me a pop up button that asked me if I wanted to update, so I clicked it. It took me to the APP in Google Store and said on their ! This App is no longer supported by your phone. So I tried to go back and reopened the app and it still would not work and wanted me to update it. What happened? Are you not going to have an app for Android 4.3 phones?
