The ATF says the Internet is the place where illegal people can buy firearms.

The GAO used the regular internet, posing as sketchy buyers, 72 times and failed to
buy any firearms. This discredits the ATF's assertions.

That's good. But apparently they used the "dark web" to try the same.
Out of 7 tries, they did buy an AR-15 and an Uzi. That part's not good.

I prefer peace, but if trouble must come, let it be in my time that my children may know peace.
