...which contains the following (summarized):
(Sec. 109) Permits individuals to possess firearms at Corps of Engineers water resources development projects if: (1) the individual is not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing the firearm, and (2) the possession of the firearm complies with the law of the state in which the project is located. (The Corps of Engineers currently prohibits private individuals from possessing firearms and other weapons at the projects unless the weapons are being used for hunting, at authorized shooting ranges, or with written permission of the Corps District Commander.)

According to the link it appears it has been presented to the president for signature but hasn't been signed yet.

So we are now legal to carry on ACOE lands?

I don’t know when this takes effect. Probably not until the new fiscal year, 01 October 2018, At the earliest.

I see it in the summary but looking at the text I can’t find it. Too good to be true? Or am I just not looking in the right spot?

Same here. What the summary states for section 109 is not what's shown in the enrolled bill.

Looks like that summary was for the engrossed House version. The entire bill seems to have been substituted in the Senate with sec 109 removed.

158. S.Amdt.2910   — 115th Congress (2017-2018)Purpose: In the nature of a substitute.Sponsor: Sen. Shelby, Richard C. [R-AL] (Submitted 06/18/2018) (Proposed 06/18/2018)Latest Action: 06/21/18 Amendment SA 2910 agreed to in Senate by Unanimous Consent. (All Actions)

But don't worry though. Looks like they are banning plastic straws though so we should be safer. :b

16. S.Amdt.3053 to S.Amdt.2910   — 115th Congress (2017-2018)Purpose: To provide funds to reduce or eliminate the use of plastic straws in facilities under the care of the Architect of the Capitol.Sponsor: Sen. Coons, Christopher A. [D-DE] (Submitted 06/21/2018) (Proposed 06/21/2018)Latest Action: 06/21/18 Amendment SA 3053 agreed to in Senate by Unanimous Consent. (All Actions)
Let's go Brandon! "rlol"

“More winning?” Yes, for the DemonRats.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

What happened?
Who did it?
How did it happen?
Why didn't we hear about this before?

I'm not seeing the OP's section 109 language in the engrossed bill.

Did a text search for "Permits individuals to possess firearms" as well as simply "firearms".... Not found anywhere.

Sad
