Same here. What the summary states for section 109 is not what's shown in the enrolled bill.

Looks like that summary was for the engrossed House version. The entire bill seems to have been substituted in the Senate with sec 109 removed.

I'm not seeing the OP's section 109 language in the engrossed bill.

Did a text search for "Permits individuals to possess firearms" as well as simply "firearms".... Not found anywhere.
