Should I be worried

Called DPS last Thursday and they said my CHL was mailed Aug 15 I live in an Apt and I am always getting other people mail I give it to the Apt office I am just worried other people dont do the same. How long would you wait on the postman before calling DPS.

Mine took a long time in the mail, certainly slower than the 2-3 days many report. See timeline below.

It took me right at 14 days from the day my status change from processing application.

Agreed. After mine was "mailed" it took 2 weeks to arrive. Talk about little boy Christmas syndrome! I think the mailman had a restraining order put on me before I got it. :lol:

I was doing very good about not worrying about it as it said "Processing Application" now that it flipped to "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" I am like a kid looking for Santa on Christmas eve. I can mail something to Canada in a week lol :waiting:

:party: CHL was mailed out on the 15 of last month. I guess I irritated the USPS guy, but I did get the license yresterday :party:

It's been reported that just because the DPS folks SAY they mail a license out, doesn't mean they really do it.

Either way, congrats on getting plastic :grin:
