I had no problems with any of my forms...

So, your CHL Application has been filed and the clock has slowed to a crawl - tell us about it!

I had no problems with any of my forms...

My instructor went through each form line by line.

He told us what information goes in what block on what line.

He told us where to sign.

They took our picture.
They took our fingerprints.

While we were on the range they double checked every packet for us.

After we were on the range, they went over each packet with us.

(in other words they made sure that we did it correctly.)

I know several people who went where I did, and not one has had a problem with forgetting to sign or incorrect information or information left out.

Doesn't every instructor do this? Mine did!

I did the same thing. Then I got my instructor to check it one more time after the class.

27 days later I get it back missing 2 signatures.
