I use a comp-tac IWB kydex holster to keep it slim. For the grip I'd look for Nil grips or similar mild checkered. Slim is not just in ita also makes it more comfortable to carry.
I also have a Remora holster for the days when I carry my gun inside my jacket or in the pocket.
