I wear a shirt and tie most of the time and I have my pps m2 with a Stealthgear IWB which allows me to tuck in my shirt.

What I've found to be really useful is a brand of pants which have an expandable waist such as Haggar. Because of it, I don't have to worry about keeping two sets of pants for when I carry IWB and when I don't. The pants comfortably expand to accommodate IWB carry and still maintain a fit without either pinching in your stomach, or looking too loose in the waist when not carrying. At 6'2" 190lb, IWB carry is un-noticeable (minus the owb clips which can give it away) even with today's men's fashions of slimmer fit clothing.
