Temporary closure while revamping range

This announcement is to inform the public of the temporary closure to the Texas City Municipal Shooting Range’s Rifle and Pistol areas. The Rifle and Pistol area will be under renovations through the dates of February 21st – March 21st 2022.

The Skeet Trap and 5 Stand ranges will remain open to the public throughout the closure.
Hours for these ranges will be Wednesday and Thursday 12pm-7pm.
Friday through Sunday 9am-4pm.
Tokens and card credits will still be available inside the main range house before 4:30pm for purchases.

Hours of operation beginning March 23rd will be 12pm-7:45pm for rifle and pistol Wednesdays and Thursdays. Friday through Sunday 9am-5pm. To begin our daylight savings hours. Skeet trap and 5 stand hours will remain 12pm-7pm Wednesday and Thursday. Friday through Sunday 9am-4pm.
