I'm seeing a therapist over some Serious issues with back pain I have to wear a heavy brace on my back in order to be able to walk.
There is a small pocket in the brace I kep a 22 mini revolver in the pocket . The brace can be easily removed. when I take off the brace the 22 mag mini revolver is still concealed. :headscratch Is there any law concerning hiding a gun in a medical device.

Sorry to hear about your back. But to answer your question. I don’t see any issues with hiding your gun in your brace. Texas state law only states that if you open carry it must be in a holster. Other than that if concealed you can carry any way you see fit.

Things that help with backs:

Really hard bed.

Jogging shoes when on feet.

Hard chairs when sitting.

And most important anti inflammation drugs.

I’m not a doctor, but I stayed at one of those motels one time.

Good luck, hope your get to feeling better.

When my back goes out (7 back surgeries and over 100 procedures) I wear a shoulder holster or pocket carry and S&W J Frame. I never was comfortable carrying in my back brace.

Sorry you are having back issues. Prayers sent for you.
