TomC and I been doing a little phone and email tag on table plans at gun show there. Crystal at TSRA says she has TexasCHLForum table locked in at #326, next to a wall supposedly with more room in front area for visitin. DCSA table next door at #325. I may pop for some electricity to be able to keep at least one of our laptops running.

I would like to be there. We had a launch date to send my FIL's ashes into space (for real, but that's another story) down at Canaveral on 2/7, but we were just informed that there is a delay in the launch, so I might not even be in town on the weekend of the meeting. But if we are, I'll be there.

Do they plan to post 30.06 signs at the show this year?

Thanks to Greybeard for helping set this up for us.

Yes we will have a table at the show for our TexasCHLforum members, guests and visitors to stop by and chat and maybe take a break from the show. Our tables are at the back of the exhibition hall right next to the back entrance (exhibitor entrance) door.

If you can come help man the table for a short while, please PM me and let me know when you can help out. We missed last year because of the conflicting show schedules, so we need to make up for it this year.

See you there, tomc

Bumping this up to the top to keep this in view til the show. So far, Keith B is the only one signed up to help at the booth. It's against the back wall at the show so there will be plenty of room to sit and visit with friends while taking a break from the show.

I really need more people to help with the booth. In the past, we have always had a great time visiting and putting faces together with the names we see so often. PM me if you can make the show and are willing to help out for a little while. Let me know when you could be there to help out. I know that Chemist45 and Mrs Chemist will be there along with M/M Crossfire at the Dinners. Hoping to hear from other regulars (Stevie-D, Longtooth, RPBrown, Ernie, and others) who might make the trip.

I double checked in the warehouse today and know where to promptly find the forum banner. Also have an extra table cloth. Am thinking arrival about 0800 should be plenty time to set up before 0900 opening. Sunday is my Dad's 86'th birthday, so I plan to bust down DCSA tabletop around 2:00 in order to roll south for a little party.

Looks like I'll be able to make it after all.

We've tried year after year without success. We've never had a problem, though; the first one there should pick a table and hold it for us.
