Maybe, maybe not.

All 5 posts in this thread and with a screen name that has "dem", "pc", and a number that is also stamped on a medication for insomnia? Who knows?

Unfortunately, this is correct. I tried a case on this very point and we lost. My client didn't want to spend the money to appeal to county court at law, since his five years were almost up.
