Bloomberg running for POTUS?

Post by Oldgringo »

If he does run and, Heaven forbid, wins; it won't be good for a whole lot of folks. Oh, the horrors!

So he blows a couple more million on ads once he officially runs. Has his “residency” changed to Alabama to run for WH. And then poof, he escaped NY and the taxes without a single complaint or them being any wiser. Seems like an expensive way to get out of NY, but with his money I’m sure the taxes he helped put in place are even more so

I think he’s filing in Alabama because they have the earliest deadline to be on the ballot, not to change his residence. DJT actually officially ditched NY for Florida recently. I ditched NC for Texas 29 years ago! :txflag:

DNC is just waiting for the party to go past nuts, then at convention they will pull a fast one and drop in mike obama as the savior of the democrat party.
its speculative, but look back at how he has been moving around getting face time and the uppers are falling over themselves to pat him on the back

i could be wrong. I pray i am. But i was right about barry way back in the day.

Is there some reason/law that George Soros can't run for POTUS?

To serve as president, one must:
be a natural-born U.S. citizen of the United States;
be at least thirty-five years old;
be a resident in the United States for at least fourteen years.

Soros was born in Hungary, so he is not eligible.

Don’t Laugh Too Hard At Bloomberg Or He Might Not Run

Name the Democrat who is super-excited to have Michael Bloomberg barge into the Dem primaries like some nutty ex-girlfriend who gave you crabs popping in at your wedding. Where is the groundswell of support behind this pint-sized presidential aspirant? Perhaps the Democratic consultants who didn’t sign up with one of the other goofy candidates are happy. The micro-zillionaire may not have charisma or a vision or actual human support, but he’s got endless bucks to squander on electoral parasites.

Heard Greg Gutfield of Fox News "The Five" today make an interesting comment he read on Twitter. Bloomberg isn't running for President. He's running to get around campaign finance laws. He's going to spend millions on ads that the majority will probably be anti-Trump that he can't donate as a campaign contributor but as a candidate spending his own money, there is no limit. Interesting theory... :headscratch
