Lease availability a few hours from Houston?

I've asked everyone I know and I can't find a good lead on a lease. I'm beginning to think its like the never share your babysitters number thing. Anyone got one or know of one nearby for whitetail? Coastal bend or Aggieland areas?

My son heads off to Aggieland next fall. No way we'll be able to make the long trips to south TX once he starts engineering curriculum. Would love to find something closer to College Station, to at least let him get some hunting in, without screwing up the study schedule too much!

Nothing showing up now, but this is a great place to find leases in the $500-$700 range.

I have seen 8-10 listed in that range.
