Post by Mike S »

For those in the Central Texas area, or willing to travel here, I'm running a 3-Day Defensive Pistol Course.
Course is limited to only 4 participants to maintain a strict instructor:student ratio.

WHO: LTC holders (must already have baseline safe handling skills & competency with handgun).

WHAT: 3-Day Comprehensive Defensive Pistol Course. Summary below, or go here for full course description: http://www.coldboretact.com/3-day-compr ... ourse.html

Day 1: Base-line defensive skills progressing to drawing from holster.

Day 2: Use of cover; movement drills; one-handed shooting techniques; night fire.

Day 3: Defense in & around vehicles; threat ID drills; multiple target engagements.

Total round count is 1,600 rnds of factory ammunition. (This is not a swag; I've accounted for each round by event).

WHEN: 18, 19, 20 FEB 2020.
- Day 1 & Day 3 show time is 06:50, but if all participants agree can be adjusted. Anticipate 5-8 hours per day, depending on skills progression of participants.
- Day 2 show time is noon, with completion of night shoot around 9:00 pm. Anticipate 6-9 hours for Day 2, depending on skills progression of participants.

WHERE: Wimberley, TX. Directions to private range will be provided at registration.

COST: $760/per person (Limit of 4 participants total)

HOW TO REGISTER: Visit http://www.coldboretact.com/3-day-compr ... ourse.html & click link at bottom of course page. Once class if full, link will be removed.

If you are interested in a custom date that better fits your schedule, look for any dates not already blocked off on my calendar.
