Big Thank You to Spring Guns & Ammo

I co-chair the neighborhood watch group in my neighborhood, and at our quarterly meetings, we always try to have a guest speaker to address topics of interest that would benefit our residents. For our meeting last Thursday evening, I asked David Rhodes (owner of Spring Guns & Ammo) if he had an instructor that could come speak to our group about personal safety and situational awareness. He employed such a gentleman...Mr. Roberts. He is a special forces vet, ex-highway patrolman and former Blackwater weapons trainer.

I knew that there would be some in the room that weren't big on guns and shooting sports, so I wanted to keep the topic geared more to situation awareness, especially for women, both at home and away from home. Mr. Roberts did an awesome job, and I believe the store/range will be seeing a lot of our residents more frequently because of it.

Not to diminish other gun shops in the North Houston area, but these guys at Spring Guns & Ammo are top notch in my book! Thanks again guys!!

I have been going to Spring Guns and Ammo exclusively since their opening.
I even received two free range passes from David as a token of appreciation.
