Never knew there were 2-3/4" 12 pellet 00 buck loads

I was watching a Paul Harrell video about an over the shoulder shotgun hold (he wasn't impressed with it) and he mentioned he was shooting Federal 12 GA 2-3/4" 12 pellet 00 shells. I have never seen 12 00 buck pellets in the shorter 2-3/4". I looked them up and found them on Federal's website (F130 00). A search revealed them listed on several vendors at $10-15/bx of 5, but were all out of stock. (BTW Manufacturer' suggested retail is $11.99) I ran across a seller called Target Sports that had them in stock at $5.99 which is the more reasonable pre-ammo drought price of buck shot and slug loads. I found a site that had them at $5.48 but none were available. Bought 5 boxes to try out. I am shopping for a new beater 12 ga pump for my truck. Someone forced my sliding window open and stole my old JC Higgins Model 20 pump with a 20" barrel. They had to be just a random breakin because the SG couldn't be seen by looking through the windows. I really liked that old SG. It had a magazine cutoff to enable loading through the ejection port if you wanted to use a different load than what's in the magazine and it held 6 in the tube. Looking at the Stevens 320. to replace it.
