bottom line...is... it's good :thumbs2:

Though I've heard it with "liberal" and "conservative" and attributed to Winston Churchill. Not sure who's quote it actually is...something worth research...(but not my research because I'm tired after work today. :cheers2: )

What's wrong with the t-shirt? Kids today have such low self esteem that we need to constantly remind then that they're special and..... Agh! :banghead: couldn't even finish that one without banging my head on my desk ;-)

One of the most influential things said to me by my parents when I was little, "You're only as 'special' as the effort you put in"

Well, when I was a kid, we tried to avoid being "special" -- as they had "special" classes for the "special" kids... :biggrinjester:

Presidents Day??

I was eating lunch on the 20th of February with my 7 year-old granddaughter and I asked her, "What day is tomorrow?"
She said, "It's President's Day!"
She is a smart kid.
I asked, "What does President's Day mean?"
I was waiting for something about Washington or Lincoln ... etc.
She replied, "President's Day is when President Obama steps out of the White House, and if he sees his shadow we have one more year of unemployment."
You know, it hurts when hot coffee spurts out your nose...

Wow. That is so cool. I love it. It is a great thing for parents to teach. I never thought about it that way, and yet it is so true and right.

Hypothetically speaking, if I was thinking of hiring in August, I would wait too. Maybe Barry plans to announce another round of tax credits for new jobs. I wouldn't want to miss the free money by hiring too early.

That's the exact thing my financial advisor said about the two openings in his businesses. It the law of unintended consequences.
