Is that a Texas Star over the manger?
We declare our right on this earth to be a man, to be a human being, to be respected as a human being, to be given the rights of a human being in this society, on this earth, in this day, which we intend to bring into existence by any means necessary.

...For we need a little Christmas

Right this very minute
Candles in the window
Carols at the spinet
Yes, we need a little Christmas
Right this very minute

Hobby Lobby and other craft stores (Michaels, Jo-Ann etc.) put out their Christmas craft items early so that people have time to make their projects and have them ready when the time to decorate comes around.

I know this sounds cliche but it seems like every year they start with the Christmas stuff sooner. Personally the last 10 years or so I've become sick of the whole thing by the time Christmas Day arrives. I know I'm "supposed" to be joyful over the celebration of the birth of my Savior, but it all seems so contrived and pressured I just don't get it anymore.
Course, could be I've just gotten older and grumpier. No one understands when I cheer for the Grinch to steal Christmas.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Its been about a month since the last time i went to Home Dopey. I didnt notice any Christmas decor at that time. Walmart is a different story. I think the Christmas season is great but by the time i finish spending for everything associated with Christmas my wallet is going ..Ho..Ho..Uh Oh!
