What knife do you carry?

#1

Post by GreenMan0352 » Fri Oct 06, 2017 5:29 am

Good morning everyone, I was just curious as to what knife everyone carries. Especially with HB1935 going into effect back in September, I would like to see if your carry blade has changed any. I have seen a few people with KaBars but thats it.

Personally mine has changed from a Benchmade Griptilian to a Benchmade Infidel while in Texas. If I am going out of state I just stick to the Griptilian. I have also been looking at DMO and just emailed them about having one made still waiting on response though. So lets hear what you carry folks!

I carry a Ken Onion Kershaw and also a steel body Zebra ink pen. The ink pen can go on an airplane. I attached a photo, not sure if it will work.

That's the same knife that I carry.

I carry a decent (not super cheap, but not super expensive) Buck knife daily. It's a tip up carry, which originally I didn't like. But after wearing it, and learning a bit about the tip up vs tip down, I think it's a better way to carry it. It's a tanto point knife, with the lower half of the blade serrated. It's probably a 5" blade, nothing spectacular.

I'm still not sure how to post photos from my phone, but I will once I figure it out. Also I wanted to mention if anyone wanted to buy a Benchmade they offer a 30% discount to veterans! Thats the only reason I'm able to afford them. I'm not a dealer or anything I just paid full price for the Griptilian and was mad when I found out :banghead:

Benchmade 710 for me. It's been over 12 years, and the sucker is still my favorite knife due to its insane durability.

Benchmade Adamas's auto as primary, then either an infidel or 3550 as "clean" knife. I just ordered an esee jungles and a kabar jarosz. the esse is a bit big for edc however the kabar may make it in the rotation.
I prefer fixed blades but have been sporadic about carrying since my BM activator was stolen... I miss that knife terribly
When any govt, or church, says This you can't read, are forbidden to know, the result is tyranny and oppression. Little force is needed to control a man who has been hoodwinked; no force can control a free man, not the rack, bombs, not anything, you can't conquer a free man, at most you can kill him.
