After 10 years, city employees qualify for free healthcare for life. This liability now at 100 billion has increased 40 billion in just 10 years. The city has set aside 5 billion to cover this.

So tear everything down and rebuild because steel is whats being used to reinforce the concrete for those structures.

He obviously has no clue in regard to building design, concrete had limitations, that's why they use I-beams or Rebar steel encased in concrete, I bet there are a lot of building engineers laughing at the mayor
