I think they are wrong. I don’t think it can be done for any amount of money.
Only 2% of our nations total energy usage comes from wind and solar. She doesn’t want nuclear. No carbon based fuels.
Hydroelectric is pretty much tapped out. So in ten years we have to replace 98% of our energy useage assuming no growth in power useage.
And that’s just the energy part.
