Kemah Police Chief Missing after falling off boat

The Chief and his wife were in a boat and a big wave hit the boat and he went overboard.

Water safety doesn't care who you are. PFD is not an option on the water.

I should add, that's a terrible situation. Very sad.

Uh, I guess he ignored the rule about wearing a life jacket.
