Comedian George Burns was on Johnny Carson one night.

He stated that he drinks 5 martinis a day and smokes 10-15 cigars a day.

Johnny: "What does your doctor say about that?"

George: "My doctor is dead".

RIP George Burns, American legend, 1896-1996. 100 years of doing what he wanted. Rock on.

Eventually.
Enoch and Elijah might disagree!! :biggrinjester:
That's true.

I didn't say it was permanent in all cases! :cheers2:

I agree. The factory farms are responsible for most of it. I am not sure it will ever change. There are so many people to feed they are almost stuck with enhancement techniques to provide the growth needed to meet the demand.
I agree with the 2nd & 3rd sentences, but not the last. Its all about profit, not demand as we are already wasting a lot of food:

starvation in other parts of the world is often a more of a distribution issue than a production issue:

This is not a book thread, but if you want some good reading try this book by Dr. Ken Berry. By the way he is a gun guy. That is where I met him was in a gun class. By the way he is book two out also, but I haven’t bought it yet.
Have not read his books but he has a good youtube page also.

Side note: First step towards divorce is getting married.

I read an article about 4 years ago that said to much breastfeeding could cause cancer. That’s the point that I stopped reading and believing those articles.
 I gotta stop breast feeding!?

Eating chicken is now linked to cancer.
Living is linked to cancer.

I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on.
I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

Don’t pick a fight with an old man. If he is too old to fight, he’ll just kill you.

Well beef has now been deemed safe to eat again. So we trade up from chicken to steak.
