This. Good stuff especially since BB uses HFCS. HEB uses cane sugar.

The problem for us northerners (North Texas) is HEB won't (or can't) move up here in North Texas. I loved HEB when I was stationed in San Antonio. Maybe someday they will expand to D/FW area. :grumble
I heard a rumor that they were going to move out to DFW area but that was two years ago. Nothing yet.

There is a Central Market on Bush in Plano. They tried a regular HEB and it failed most miserably.

My son and his wife shop at HEB in Houston area. They swear by the place. He occasionally sends me pictures of the meat prices and it is always much cheaper than here in Plano. As much as 25-30% cheaper. Maybe it has to do with the area and we are getting gouged for living in Plano.

HEB is supposed to build in southern Lubbock in early 2020. Will be anticipating.
I won't be wronged, I won't be insulted, and I won't be laid a hand on.
I don't do those things to other people and I require the same of them.

Check my location, we just got a new H-E-B out here in Hudson Oaks (between Fort Worth and Weatherford) earlier this year. Also one in Waxahachie that’s closer to you, still a haul though.

Regardless it’s worth it, we used to drive 30 mins down to Granbury prior to the Hudson Oaks location opening. Maybe a monthly road trip from Garland?
