Some time this evening, after 30 hours has elapsed following cloture.
Looks like cloture vote passed at about 1PM eastern time Sunday, so, any time after 7PM eastern time today.
https://www.senate.gov/legislative/LIS/ ... vote=00222

Judge ACB will be Justice ACB by the end of the day.

Correction on timing from Fox:
https://www.foxnews.com/politics/barret ... nfirmation
The 30 hours of Senate debate on Barrett will expire at about 7:26 p.m. Monday, meaning at that point the Senate will be able to take a final vote on her confirmation. That vote will likely be over -- and Barrett confirmed -- by about 8 p.m.

Do they not listen to themselves.

Not a good reason for Pence to be there.

Break a tie? Do oh!

Dems ask Pense to not show up for ACB vote due to his aide having Covid.
This indicates to me that they think they are going to be able to convince enough Republicans to either vote against ACB or to not show up for the vote. They think they will get a tie vote. That is the only time Pence being present could possibly make a difference.

He tested negative again. Commies are beginning to see the end of their feeble attempts to keep ACB from the bench.

I don't think they anticipate a tie, they just use every available spoon to throw poo.

Yahoo News are crazy. They called that a "news" article, when what it REALLY was is an editorial article, with a bald faced agenda.

Watching it now on CSPAN2. After Leader McConnell finishes his speech the vote is on.

But think about this:
Will be sworn in by Justice Clarence Thomas - who Biden attacked during his confirmation
Best of all, this will happen today on Hillary's birthday

Congratulations to Trump!!

A gun owner in the Supreme Court!

From the Huffington post.

Local Channel 2 had a liberal headline “ By a partisan vote”.

More winning.
