Reid Henrichs stirs the pot a little on this subject, but he has some solid advice:



Personally I'm an AR guy, and I don't have to remove my hand from the grip to take my rifle off safe, but Reid shows that training is the biggest factor.

I'll stick with my AR with a 60 rnd drum and binary trigger
