Where can I take a Utah class? (Austin)

I know my wife is going to want to visit WA sometime in the next year now that Southwest has non-stop flights from AUS to SEA. WA does not recognize TX CHL, but does recognize UT.

I'm in the Austin area and I want to find a class for the UT permit. Any recommendations?
