..,alleged Republican Governor Kasich refuses to sign it because Legislature did not also adopt “common sense” gun control.

However he didn’t have gutd enough to veto it outright, so it became law without his signature.

I have no respect for Kasich. After watching the last Presidential debates I finally had it with him. This simply confirms my decision.
