Missouri Sign

#1

Post by von Clausewitz »

The wife and I just visited several areas in western Missouri...in Carthage, we stopped for a coffee in a local coffee shop.

Now, I had a preconceived image of a typical coffee shop...and upon immediately entering it, that image was accurate...

Eclectic furniture, little vases with flowers on each table...coffee pictures on the wall...

Then, I noticed this sign near the cash register...

Wish we’d see more signs like this in Texas, and other states...

I love it. We lived in Springfield for about 4.5 years and saw many folks opening carrying (always at the grocery store strangely enough). Carthage/Joplin was very much the same way.

I love it! I've seen that sign before in various places on line, but never in real life. If I lived near there I would certainly frequent that coffee shop.
Do what you say you're gonna do.

My wife and I dined at a BBQ restaurant a few months ago and saw the same sign posted on an inside wall as you walked in. You couldn't miss it. The food was very good and it seamed to taste even better after seeing the sign.

I agree I would like to see more of these signs. The first I saw was at my local gun shop.
