Both HB750 and HB 1356 exclude persons with permits issued by other states (thank the unscrupulous Utah instructors for that). The difference between the two appears to be that HB750 allows private institutions to adopt regulations prohibiting carry, while HB1356 does not.baldeagle wrote:Of the four campus carry bills, there are AFAICT only minor differences; 86 applies to all higher ed (public and private), 750 leaves the decision up to the private schools but requires public schools to allow campus carry, 1167 applies to public junior colleges and public technical institutes only and 1356 excludes permit holders with permits issued by other states.
