Temporary injunction granted against ATF new frame rule

#1

Post by Paladin »

Great news!!

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent temporary injunction granted in the U.S. District Court of Northern Texas, brought by the Firearms Policy Coalition, which alleges that ATF's new rules on Frames and Receivers exceeds any authority granted to the ATF via Congress. This temporary injunction demonstrates that the trial court, at the current time, believes that the plaintiffs here will prevail. The case is VanDerStok v. Garland
