Does anyone know who this Texas Carry is or what type of group they are? I see that they have also filed on the Brown County Courthouse and there have been recent changes in the regulations there.

Isn't he part of the OCT too? I believe someone also claimed that he is the one responsible for getting OC to pass. Yeah, right. "rlol"

Yes, he is, and I believe he is running for the legislature. Charles has implied that this is all just part of his pre-campaign publicity blitz.
