Former step-son and no-account friend break in and tape oxygen-bound homeowner to chair... then cut his oxygen line, take $1200 and other stuff and leave. Homeowner was able to activate a panic alarm and police responded. The two low-lifes were captured and are jailed on attempted murder charges.
