TAM,

Are you open to a trade?
I have either CZ 75 BD like new, three mags etc or CZ SP-01 with three mags, nightsights box and papers etc. I’m the original owner on both of these, and they are spotless.
PM me if you’re interested. Thanks

Those sound like nice guns, but I actually have a planned use for the money, so I can’t trade. Thank you for asking though.

So many nice guns for sale....so little extra cash!
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager

Thanks for the offer, but I’m going to pass. I’ve owned one before, and I currently have a SCAR 17S, so I don’t really need another semiauto .308. But thanks again for the offer.

Bummer you're cranky about the "Remlin" 30-30s. The new ones are SIGNIFICANTLY improved, and I would dare say they're equal in quality to the old JM rifles (Heresy, I know!). I'm probably going to be listing an unfired 336BL soon. I really want to keep it, but I just don't need an assortment of lever rifles in different calibers, and the 45-70 doesn't bother me much to shoot, not even the hot loads (but, boy, those things make quite a boom/shoulder thump!).
I don't fear guns; I fear voters and politicians that fear guns.

My 2016-manufactured 336BL .30-30 was a hot mess from a QC perspective. It functioned well, and shot accurately, but it required a bunch of work to bring it even close to the quality of the JM stamped 1895; and even then, it’s just a tick not as nice.....particularly in the choice of wood and its fit and finish. Maybe they have improved in the past 3 years. I might be willing to buy another one, but experience tells me to inspect it closely with a gimlet eye before I buy. I like the 336BL now that it’s properly set up. But I really like Henry's quality right out of the box, and now that they’re offering models with a side-loading gate.....
