The April seminar will be best because LTC Dave Grossman and Carl Chin will speak.

I have been privileged to hear LTC Grossman. Well worth it.

Absolutely agree. I've heard LTC Grossman twice at these Sheepdog seminars that were started by (now) retired Hurst PD officer Jimmy Meeks who is also a pastor. If you haven't read LTC Grossman's book On Combat do so. Excellent read on the psychology of combat. Very applicable to non military. https://www.amazon.com/Combat-Psycholog ... oks&sr=1-1 His On Killing book is a classic though haven't read it yet.

Another great person at these is Carl Chinn. His book Evil Invades Sanctuary is about when he was involved in two different attacks at Faith based locations: At Focus on The Family he was one of the hostages as he responded to the panic alarm. Bad guy I think fired his weapon and made out like he had a bomb. He also responded to a shooting at his church in Colorado Springs as a member of his security team. https://www.amazon.com/Evil-Invades-San ... 009&sr=8-1

I cannot recommend these two books enough to people involved in church security. LTC Grossman and Carl Chinn are well worth traveling to see.
