My Mom has been battling pancreatic cancer for the last two years. She went through so much during this time, fighting very hard with stage 4 cancer each and every day. The strength that she has is remarkable. She went into hospital yesterday for abdominal swelling. They drained almost 5 liters of fluid out. All lab work is good, so that is encouraging. However, I pray that the fluid tested will not come back as malignant. In that case, her wishes are to stop treatments.
It has been a pretty tough road.
