This means an officer doesn't have to worry whether a person is armed or not during a no knock warrant situation. Qualified Immunity needs to disappear from the legal system. So, realize if a no knock warrant is executed on your home you are an automatic target. The saddest part about the Harding shooting is the fact it was instigated by a cop who felt dissed by them.
