Was in East Texas Pawn today in Lufkin. They have one. $299.00 First one I have had my hands on. Anyone in driving distance that wants one, I know the owner & this is a first class gun shop even though the name is Pawn.

I bought one at Academy last week for $299. I had been on the waiting list for about 3 months.

Hello All,

On Target in Whiskey Flats has one for rental . I would greatly advise trying it out. I was really disapointed with the gun. Seemed to have a problem feeding the last two rounds on every magazine I ran through it, also very hard to hold in hand ( to darn small ) I wound up buying the North American Arms .22lr revolver pistol with the foldable clip , fits in pocket really nice, great little back up gun and they have them there for 199.99 plus tax. I wear it in my lower side-carpenter pocket in my shorts everyday alone side of my springfield xd40 cal as a nice backup.

Sounds like a poor fit to your hand. I've run 500 rounds through mine without a single failure. The other possibility is a bad magazine.

Good choice on the North American Arms. I carried one like that for several years! Great little gun. I will have it out at the Forum day for the ladies to handle.

Thus far, mine has run 100% with the handfull of people who've shot a mag or two through it. I picked up 3 brands of ammo yesterday at Cabella's and hope to do a little chrono work (actually playin' ) later today.

well the last two rounds feeding thing could indeed be grip or size.

With a pistol this small, the ammo actually makes up a big part of the mass. When you empty the mag, the center of gravity of the gun changes and also the amount of mass to work against the recoil is reduced. The gun wants to rotate in your hand whenever you fire it, and the center of rotation is the center of mass of the gun. As you empty the magazine the center of mass moves upwards towards the slide and considering the grip mechanics, the leverage that the barrel flip has on your hand increases with each spent round. Therefore your grip has to be more and more solid to continue reliable feeding as the magazine becomes more empty.
