Is it possible to add music links to our comments?
We provide links to one another for news articles and other items. That's standard.
Is there any way that we can post a link to a song that may fit a particular thread?
If there is a way to do this, does the link have to play the whole song, or could we select
just a snippet to play?
The floor is open.

Different strokes for different ...
Me, I want to get AWAY from extraneous music. Far,far away.
It's at the grocery store, clothing store, clinics, waiting rooms for car service, and on and on ad nauseam...it almost as if Big Brother insists you listen to some version of music wherever you go, you MUST listen!
Someone else idea of what constitutes good or appropriate music and where it should be inserted - can be a living nightmare for others....
Music - placed thither and yon has gotten completely out of place.

Personally I think a *link* to music ain't bad... it's the "auto-play" music embedding that I HATE! Surfing around at 2 in the morning in a dark silent house... then BAM music starts blaring... enough to hack you right off, it is!!!

Why would anyone want to do that?

as well. That is annoying and some peoples' taste in music makes it even worse.redoregon wrote:Personally I think a *link* to music ain't bad... it's the "auto-play" music embedding that I HATE! Never on myspace anymore because of that. My browsing habits avoid most of that stuff anymore. I'm more a news/blog junkie.Russell wrote:You just need to avoid browsing MySpace pages at 2 in the morning then

I don't hang out on MyFace at all. Periodically log onto Spacebook, but don't like all of the other games and garbage that is on there. Still haven't figured out Tweeting.
As for links, I agree no problem as long as they are not autoplay.
