Shouldn't the United States disassemble all missiles and force South Korea to completely disarm too, so they'll be (feel) safer from North Korea? We could do the same with Israel, force them to disarm, so they'd be safer from Iran.
Same logic as some anti-campus carry people use, different scale and arena ... but obviously flawed. (Disarm those abiding by civility, and hope no "bad guys" will take advantage of anyone)

NYT: Iran fortifies its arsenal with the aid of North Korea
Washington. Secret American intelligence assessments have concluded that Iran has obtained a cache of advanced missiles, based on a Russian design, that are much more powerful than anything Washington has publicly conceded that Tehran has in its arsenal, diplomatic cables show, New York Times announced, as based on wikileaks data.

Funny think about north korea. Every time Israel steps out the whole world yells at America and says we control them and should stop them.
I wonder why they don't yell at China ever time north korea gets stupid?

Not sure why you left off the rest of that statement. Left as is, I found it erroneous and alarming.Washington. Once I performed the appropriate troubleshooting flowchart, I found through complicated diagnostics, that the computing error was located between the chairback and keyboard and remedied the erroneous function.
