"Puma guy will be in Grand Prairie on Feb 11th and has been dying to shoot some clays
"with his N Texas betters"
After you see me shoot that will be listed under "truisms" in Websters.
I will be there, which goes without saying, but I wanted to publicly thank AndyC for putting this together. I'm looking forward to meeting up with you all.

I used to shoot 12 ga #9 1-1/8oz 3 dram shells (target loads) but every where I go they only have #8 target loads. Not that big a deal really, a few more pellets; just wondered what do ya'll shoot?

I'll be using Remington Gun Club Target Loads 12 Gauge 2-3/4" 1-1/8 oz #9 Shot. Basically the same as you mentioned, but only 2-3/4 dram.
I agree with you, for skeet there should be effectively no difference between #8 & 9 shot.

Sorry Andy, We'll have to miss this shoot. Shoot!! Normally we wouldn't hesitate to spend the afternoon returning little limestone disks back to mother earth, but the mighty power of Mrs. Griffen will not be denied, and I have recieved my instructions from the supreme being, which does not include sheet shooting.
We'll be at the shoot on Feb 25. See you all then...

I'd like to but too early to commit...self-employed and busy.
