PA allows carry in bars and has no laws prohibiting drinking while carrying. The video clearly shows the shooter trying to get away and only firing when he was attacked. I can't see how the plaintiff can win the suit, but I suppose it depends on the jury and the lawyers arguing the case.

This will be interesting as the event precedes the civil immunity part of the new version of the Castle Doctrine that went into effect last year. Will definitely want to see how this plays out.
