We were a little disappointed we couldn't find what we wanted here in Wylie, but my wife found the one she likes, and I'm sure you can guess who'se opinion's more important

I've even emailed local PDs with tag numbers and descriptions, but most of them could care less.
I just think it's the height of arrogance to think their time is more important than my time and my personal safety and that of all the other people who are doing it right.

This is not quite true, though it is an old belief that is common. An officer cannot arrest for an offense he did not see, but he can still issue a citation for it, or even file the charges in the court. I have to agree here. I still want to reach down for the reds an awful lot, but I did not install any on my car for a reason. It is much healthier for me to stay calm and let them force themselves in, than to get upset and high blood pressure and all over it. When the city/county/state wants to pay me to be a traffic cop again, I will worry about it then.I quit trying to be a traffic cop about 15 years ago. Trying to make my point is not worth the potential wreck or violence. If you want to force your way into a spot that does not exist, you can have it.
