Charles,

Many of us are following this discussion online, while reading and commenting about it on two threads simultaneously - this one and viewtopic.php?f=133&t=77642&p=984318#p984318

Any chance you can lock one of these two threads, and redirect all comments to one thread only, so those of us who are forced to use iPhones to keep up (which I'll be doing in a minute or so) can follow all conversations on one screen instead of two?

I was on the phone with Austin. Why the delay?

Senator Huffman is finalizing and copying a new amendment to this amendment 9.

Charles, I think she wants to increase punishments for those who cannot produce a CHL if asked by LEOs under circumstances which the Huffines amendment would permit.

We believe it was to increase the punishment for unlawful carry
At least she proposed that at one time in her discussion

Not yet, but I would think that it will be raising unlicensed OC to a class 3 felony or something.
