Yes. The only way you would not be able to is if you did something to have your Utah license suspended also. However, you do loose a few things with an non-resident license like no bypass on NICS and the Gun Free School Zone exemption, but you could still carry. Even with loss of your Texas CHL and no other license, you can still carry in your car under the Motorist Protection Act if you can validly posses the handgun.

Never mind, I see that Ohio, Washington, and Minnesota don't honor Texas CHL...If one travels to those states that's important.
According to http://www.usacarry.com/concealed_carry ... _maps.html, Minnesota does recognize a resident Texas CHL. Texas does not honor Minnestoa's carry permit.
