Timing is everything, it appeared that, that was his first opportunity to pull out his gun. There is no training for that, paitience is the key to our survival, too soon he/she sees you reaching you're dead, too late you're dead.

How is this guy out on the street with 3 other car-jacking incidents anyhow? Generally a car-jacking invoves a gun and the threat of death if you do not comply. Isn't car-jacking a charge in itself that carries a hefty sentence? I guess if you commit those things before you turn 19 they will let you go free until you get killed or make goood on your threats.

Man this is a long wait to earn the right to protect myself in public...

like Tote 9, I would have been thinking of every oppertunity to take this thug out, right from the sec his barrel was on my neck. That's a sign from the get-go, that my life is threatened. No if's and's or buts. This guy Jaun is very lucky that he wasn't shot by this bandit earlier.

I realize that if I were in this same situation, had I drawn my weapon earlier in the ordeal, I could have been wounded, or fataly shot. But he's gonna go down, before I do. At least that's my intention.

Practicing drawing your weapon with a FAST DRAW, can save your life.
